- We apologise that we currently do not ship overseas
- An email will be triggered to your email address once the item is dispatched
- Before checkout, please check and ensure your address is correct, should the package being return to us, additional surcharge will be imposed.
- If items is damaged , please email jotancraftcorner@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph. We may request the item to be send back (in original stake) to us. After verification , a replacement will be crafted and delivered to you
- In view our products is made of natural soy, we are not able to accept refunds. If you are not satisfied with our product, please email jotancraftcorner@gmail.com and we will work out a reasonable solution together.
